- Once the package is booked, the client will receive a questionnaire to gather brand details, goals, target audience, tone, and content preferences.
- This ensures we align content with your vision and business needs.

- Based on your inputs, we’ll prepare a Monthly Content Calendar with post ideas, themes, and schedule.
- The calendar will be shared with you for feedback and approval before proceeding to design.

    3.Content Design & Caption Writing

- Our team will design custom creative image posts and write engaging captions with researched hashtags.
- All content will align with your brand style and strategy.

    4. Client Content Approval

- Draft posts (images + captions) will be shared for your approval.
- Only 2 rounds of changes are allowed, so ensure all feedback is shared within the approved rounds.

    5.Scheduling & Posting

- Once approved, posts will be scheduled for publishing at optimal times.
- We take care of posting across your chosen platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.

Terms & Conditions
These guidelines ensure smooth project execution and clear understanding between both parties:

- Payment Terms:

- 100% Payment in Advance is required to start work.
- No partial or post-service payments will be accepted.

- Â Content Approval:

- Draft content (images, captions, hashtags) will be shared for approval before scheduling.
- Only 2 Rounds of Changes are allowed. Any additional changes beyond the 2 rounds will be charged extra.

- Â Timeline:

- The content calendar will be shared within 2-3 working days after receiving the filled questionnaire and brand details.
- Final approved posts will be scheduled and published according to the calendar.

- Â Content Delivery:

- The deliverables include custom creative posts (number as per package), captions, hashtags, and scheduling.
- Delivery time for approved content is within 3-4 working days.

- Â Client Cooperation:

- Timely feedback and approvals from the client are required to maintain project timelines. Delays in response may shift the posting schedule.

- If scheduling is handled by our team, clients must provide access to their social media accounts or scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Client credentials will be handled securely, and access will only be used for work purposes.

- Any additional requirements outside the scope will be considered chargeable add-ons.
